Email & Marketing Automation

Automated messages that reach the inbox and get read

We build email and WhatsApp journeys that respond to what each customer does, using AI to segment, draft and time messages, and people to check every one.

An audience you own

Social reach and search traffic depend on platforms you do not control. Your email list and WhatsApp opt-ins are different: they are an audience you own, and automation lets you speak to each person based on what they have actually done.

AI has made this practical for smaller teams. It can group customers by behaviour, suggest the next message, draft copy variations and predict when each person is most likely to open. We set it up, check its output and keep the program running.

What we set up

Each piece can be added on its own, but they work best together.

  • AI segmentation

Segments built from purchase history, browsing, engagement and predicted customer value, updated automatically as customers act.

  • Personalised journeys

Welcome, abandoned cart, browse follow-up, post-purchase and re-engagement flows triggered by real behaviour.

  • AI-assisted copy and testing

AI drafts subject lines and body copy variations. We edit them to your voice and A/B test them on live sends.

  • Send-time optimisation

Messages go out when each subscriber usually opens, across time zones in Pakistan, the USA and the Gulf.

  • WhatsApp campaigns

Broadcasts and automated messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform, with approved templates and opt-in tracking.

  • CRM integration

Your email platform connected to HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Shopify or WooCommerce, so customer data flows both ways.

  • Deliverability

SPF, DKIM and DMARC setup, domain warm-up, list cleaning and monitoring, so your messages land in the inbox.

  • Consent and compliance

Clear opt-in forms, one-click unsubscribe and preference centres that follow CAN-SPAM, GDPR and Gulf data protection rules.

Journeys we build most often

Each journey runs on its own once it is live, and we review its results every month.

  • A welcome series that introduces your brand and asks new subscribers what they want to hear about
  • Abandoned cart and checkout reminders that show the exact items left behind
  • Follow-ups for visitors who viewed a product or service page several times
  • Post-purchase messages with order updates, usage tips and review requests
  • Re-engagement sequences for subscribers who have stopped opening
  • Renewal, reorder and appointment reminders by email or WhatsApp

Our email marketing process

From audit to steady improvement, in four stages.

Audit and strategy

We review your platform, list, past campaigns and authentication settings, then agree the segments and journeys that matter most.

Deliverability and consent come first

Since 2024, Gmail and Yahoo have required bulk senders to authenticate their domains, offer one-click unsubscribe and keep spam complaints low. Messages that miss these rules are filtered or rejected, however good the copy is.

We set up SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warm up new sending domains, remove inactive and invalid addresses and watch complaint rates. On WhatsApp, we only message people who have opted in, using templates approved by Meta. Consent records are kept, so you can show when and how each contact agreed.

Email & automation questions

Still have questions?

Talk to a business developer directly. We usually reply within an hour during working hours.

It depends on your business. Klaviyo suits online stores, HubSpot suits B2B sales teams, and Mailchimp or Brevo suit simpler newsletters. If you already have a platform, we usually work with it rather than moving you.
